This Safety belt made of 45mm webbing is designed for work restraint and work positioning. The safety belt for restraint and work positioning is equipped with D ring, metal buckle and soft waist pad, which better protects your waist and provides excellent comfort. The waist pad is made of Sweat absorbing and breathable material. The safety belt with one D ring is applicable for restraint, while the safety belt with two D rings is applicable for both restraint and work positioning. The work positioning belt along with a work positioning lanyard enables the user work at heigh in a well position, with both his hands free. Webbings , ropes and hardwares are tested by tensile strength testing equipement, hardwares are tested by Salt Spray Corrosion-resistance Testing Equipment to test corrosion resistance of metallic components. As the webbing is one of the main components, except its strength, we are also very concerned about the wear resistance of webbing, although this requirement does not appear in any relevant standards, neither CE nor ANSI. We believe there isn’t any other factory do this wear resistance test. This equipment was customized according to the wear-resistant testing equipment of aircraft seat belt and car seat belt.
