Hardware test
As soon as each batch of hardware arrives our factory, we will carry test for them. Firstly we will do visual inspection to see if there is cracks, burrs,or other defalts, then hardness test, bending test, and tensile strength test to check their performance, and then salt spay test to see if their anti-corrosion performance meet the requirements. If a batch does not meet the requirement, it will be rejected. For the qualified batch, to ensure the quality, we will also check the their quality during stitching. Before delivery, all the completed harness and lanyards will also be inspected.
